MEALS FOR OUR GUESTS
Breakfast Homemade bread, butter, boiled eggs, cheese, jam and varying meats. Fruits / vegetables, milk, juice and coffee/tea. Extra bread and toppings for your packed lunch can be ordered.
Lunch Hot or cold lunch. Preferably stone soup (vegetable based soup with ingredients from the farm) served with homemade bread / flat bread and butter. Dessert included.
Dinner 3 course. Quality, local Norwegian food, and homemade drinks. Bacalao with clipfish (i.e., dried and salted cod) from Tustna or casserole with deer from our own forest is often the base for the meal. Wine and beer packages to go with the food are available.
